About the Role
As a Support Worker you will support individuals to live fulfilling active and independent lives by encouraging choice confidence and community engagement.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will help people enjoy meaningful daily experiences and develop life skills in line with their personal goals.
Who Were Looking For
We are specifically looking for people who are:
May be experienced in Autism and Learning Disabilities Confident usingPositive Behaviour Support (PBS)approaches Calm patient and emotionally resilient under pressure Consistent reliable and team-focused Skilled in building trust and positive relationships Creative flexible and solution-focused
Experience in care or support work is welcomed but isnt essential as full training will be provided.
