Supply Planning Performance Manager

The Supply Planning Performance Manager is responsible for the governance development and continuous improvement of Supply Planning performance reporting capacity modelling and planning systems across the UK business.

The role owns the Supply Planning reporting framework and capacity modelling process ensuring a single version of the truth across capacity service inventory tonnage pallets and budget reporting.

As the analytical lead for the Supply Pillar the role provides insight modelling capability and governance support for Supply Reviews Gate Reviews Executive Business Reviews and the wider Integrated Business Planning process.

The role will play a pivotal role in implementing adopting and continually optimising Relex ensuring the platform becomes fully embedded in planning processes. It supports improved service working capital inventory and capacity performance across the organisation.

Qualifications :

• Significant experience within FMCG Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of IBP and S&OP processes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing large and complex datasets.
• Experience developing planning models and decision support tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams.
• Experience implementing or supporting planning platforms such as Relex SAP IBP Kinaxis or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting capacity planning and manufacturing operations.
• Degree-educated or equivalent business experience.
