Supply & Matching Administrator (6 months FTC))

YOUR MISSION:
To manage efficiently and effectively the main Supply and Matching activities related to the servicing of Richemont Maisons watches. You will be ensuring that spare parts and repairs are processed daily kit boxes are up to date and filled with consumables and SAP flow managed accordingly.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• Management of spare parts / repairs from/to other departments
• Matching of spare parts/repairs
• Management of spare parts orders
• Ensure a proper follow-up of spare parts deliveries
• Daily filling of kit boxes
• Updates of kit boxes layouts
• Maintenance of the area including kit boxes in the workshop
• Run daily reports & action follow-ups as needed
