What youll be doing

As a Supply Chain Operations Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our gift assembly operations run smoothly. You will report to the Gift Supply Chain Operations Manager and collaborate closely with your team to achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities

• Process SAP Transactions to reflect Gift Assemblers inbound and outbound activity.
• Update and track Finished Goods Stock Movements.
• Process and track Finished Goods Despatches.
• Facilitate the warehouse booking process.
• Place POs for Gift Assembly requirements.
• Investigate and update inventory discrepancies highlighting and tracking unresolved issues.
• Update KPI data including Gift Packing data and Production Volumes.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Good Excel skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Supply Chain experience.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
