The Role:

• Over a 3-year programyoullget to work across three 12-month rotationsinSupply Chain functions. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge exposure to industry experts and skills acrossFoodManufacturingandPlantOperationsCustomerService andLogisticswithin our commercial head office with the final placement providingexperienceacrossEngineering Procurement Quality or our important OperationsCenters.

Candidate Requirements:

• A recent graduate with adegree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines:Business Operations Engineering Supply Chain or Logistics.

• Although not essentialit wouldbeadvantageousto have gained relevant experience through an internship or similar.

• This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore we are unable to consider applicants whorequiresponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Start date:September 2026.

Starting salary:33000 plus 2000 sign-on bonus.
