What youll be doing

• Supervising and motivating the front-of-house team during service
• Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of your section and the wider restaurant
• Delivering relaxed memorable dining experiences for every guest
• Sharing expert knowledge of our menus daily specials wines and drinks
• Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful confident recommendations
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills
• Liaising closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
• Assisting management with daily operational tasks including staff scheduling and training

What were looking for

• A friendly positive attitude with a natural sense of hospitality
• Previous front-of-house experience with confidence leading a team
• A genuine interest in food wine and seafood
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills confident engaging with guests and colleagues
• A team player who thrives in a busy professional environment
• Someone who leads by example inspires their team and takes pride in exceptional service
