Job Summary
We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Notes team at the Selfridges.

As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment maintain high standards of quality and build strong relationships with customers.
As the Supervisor you will support the day-to-day running of the shop lead by example and ensure excellent customer service. You will help maintain high standards support and motivate the team and create a welcoming environment for customers.
Salary: 13.35 per hour
Shifts: any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in supervisor/team leader role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry ideally 1 years
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
