What we look for in aSupervisor:

As the successful Breakfast Supervisor you will have apassion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. Youwill be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledgeneeded to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder able tolead shifts safely and effectively.

Youll definitely be a morning person someone whos happyto get up early start the day fresh and make sure our guests do too! Youllenjoy working independently be confident working unsupervised and have a greateye for detail making sure everything is set up presented and deliveredexactly as it should be.

Most importantly youll be a real people person: warmfriendly and genuinely brilliant with our guests. Breakfast is often the final partof a guests stay with us so youll play a huge part in making sure they leavethe Alexander Pope happy and wanting to come back.

Were looking for someone to work Monday to Friday6am12 noon giving you the benefit of an early finish and the rest of theday to yourself. Additional hours may also be available on an ad hoc basis.
