Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator to join our team in Alconbury Cambridgeshire.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm (37.5 hours)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of routine and nonroutine studies in compliance with company standards GLP and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide administrative and scientific support for toxicology studies including prestudy tasks such as protocol development costing and scheduling.
- Monitor the inlife progress of assigned studies and interact professionally with clients.
- Provide administrative backup support for Study Directors on daytoday studyspecific tasks.
- Support additional nonstudyspecific activities for key clients as required.
- Assist other functions within Safety Assessment as part of daily duties.
- Ensure study compliance with protocols SOPs GLPs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the study award process.
- Coordinate study team efforts and develop project management skills.
- Plan prioritize and manage workload and associated responsibilities.
- Draft protocols and amendments for Study Director review and approval.
- Ensure all client comments on protocols and amendments are addressed promptly.
- Initiate and submit costing and scheduling requests.
- Schedule and participate in preinitiation and other studyrelated meetings; take and distribute meeting minutes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant national level of education in comparison to High School Diploma or equivalent GCSE A-level or equivalent
Additional Job Standards
- Hold basic knowledge of GLPs regulatory agency guidelines and Home Office requirements as applicable.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
- Show good communication interaction and responsiveness skills.
- Possess basic scientific knowledge and understanding of industry requirements.
