  As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350000 street lighting assets.

  What youll be doing

  • Deliver safe compliant and high-quality street lighting installation and maintenance works.
  • Support operational teams and ensure workforce competency and performance.
  • Manage work allocation scheduling support stock control and asset data accuracy.
  • Ensure quality assurance through inspections testing review and Right First-Time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and performance reporting.
  • Drive Health & Safety compliance positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
  • Support customer satisfaction and achievement of contractual performance targets.

  What youll bring

  • Significant experience in Street Lighting and knowledge of asset management systems
  • Holds Full Highways Electrician qualifications to L3
  • Must have HGV Class 2 and MEWP Operator Certification
  • Ability to support the works in accordance with programme output requirements & Quality Standards
  • Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). Training provided
  • Approved HEA/NERS Qualified Supervisor -Training provided
