Location: Watton IP25 6JB
Salary: 26509.50 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent Full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 5.30am to 2pm. Overtime available on night shifts day shifts and weekends.

As a Street Cleansing Operative in our environmental services team youll help keep local streets public spaces and communities clean safe and welcoming. Your work has purpose supporting the delivery of high-quality street cleansing services that make a positive impact every day.

What youll do as a Street Cleansing Operative

• Carry out programmed and responsive street cleansing activities in line with service requirements and environmental standards.
• Operate cleansing machinery and equipment safely and effectively using the skills and knowledge required for the role.
• Support the achievement of key performance indicators by delivering work to agreed standards.
• Complete daily inspections of machinery and vehicles reporting any issues and ensuring equipment remains clean and serviceable.
• Maintain excellent customer and client relationships including positive interactions with members of the public.
• Follow all health and safety requirements and take part in training to support growth development and continuous improvement.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• A full UK Driving Licence
