Werelooking for someone with outstanding analytical and communication skills who can structure complex problemsidentifykeythemesand present information in a way that influences naturally curious commerciallyawareand comfortable working across a broad range of topics and stakeholders.
You may come from strategy analytics actuarial finance consulting technologyinsuranceor another environment whereyouvedemonstratedproblem-solving skills and the ability to createhigh-qualityoutputstailored to an embrace AI and proactivelyleverageit to enhance the qualityspeedand impact of your work.
The Office of the Group CEO exists to extend the CEOs reach improve decision-making across the business and create time for theactivitiesonly theGroupCEO can do. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the Group CEO ExecutiveCommitteeand senior leadersprovidingan exceptional opportunity to accelerate your development while making a meaningful impact on the organisation.
Key Actions
- Produce executive-quality presentations papersanalysisand communications for senior stakeholders
- Investigate strategicoperationaland commercial questions using dataresearchand analytical techniques
- Produce and coordinate key governance activities including Board and Executive Committee reporting cycles
- Leadand/or supportstrategic projects managing stakeholders and driving outcomes across multiple teams
- Present findings and recommendations in a clearconciseand persuasive manner
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the business
- Leverage approved AI and analytical tools to improve insight generationproductivityand decision support

- The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly toexecutiveaudiencesusing PowerPoint and Word
- A strongtrack recordof delivering analysis insightrecommendationsor business outcomes that influence decision making
- Strong analytical capability combined with commercial awareness and curiosity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging at all levels
- Resilienceadaptabilityand the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- An interest in strategy business performance and understanding how Vitality creates value for customersmembersand the wider business
- Desirable is a strong academic background in Economics Engineering Actuarial Science Finance Data ScienceMathematicsor a related quantitative discipline
