Job Summary
providing strategic consultancy through a data-driven collaborative and customer-obsessed
approach. As a Marketplace Consultant you will manage a portfolio of up to 19 Sellers (with
annual sales of 12M) acting as their trusted advisor to accelerate growth on Amazon. You
will deliver strategic recommendations across Product Selection Detail Page Optimisation
Advertising Promotions Fulfilment Strategy and Brand Building helping Sellers unlock
short-term growth opportunities and master the fundamentals of selling on Amazon.
You will build trusted relationships with your Sellers driving execution against agreed
strategic plans. Youll also collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams across the UK and
EU and contribute to program-level projects that improve how the team works
Key job responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of up to 19 Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs tools and processes.
Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings selection supply chain advertising and deals and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers potential.
Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio. Use key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
Identify qualify and engage with prospective Sellers for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs.
Understand and utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track all pertinent account information and sales progress.
Prepare and deliver business reviews to your clients
Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem
Manage additional projects around our Paid Service which includes process improvements tool and content development competitive analysis and sales analysis.
A day in the life
Your days are varied and fast-paced. You might start the morning on a call with one of your
Sellers reviewing their latest performance data and aligning on priorities for the quarter.
Later youll join a UK SAS business update with your team sharing wins and troubleshooting
challenges between youll have focused time to build tailored business plans for
your Sellers using AI-powered tools to work efficiently and surface insights faster. Youll also
attend specialised product category training to sharpen your expertise or join a development
session on consultancy skills to keep growing professionally.

SAS is a growing program with ambitious plans. We are continuing to recruit new Sellers into
our service driving their growth and improving their experience of selling on Amazon. The
team operates with an entrepreneurial mindset youll have genuine opportunity to shape
how we work contribute to meaningful projects and develop expertise in a focused area.
Youll collaborate with colleagues across Europe and be part of a team that values innovation
ownership and delivering results for our Sellers.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Excel and Word
- Speak write and read fluently in English and have the ability to take direction in English
- Professional experience in account management consulting e-commerce retail or a related commercial field
- Experience working in or with online marketplace environments including familiarity with third-party (3P) seller dynamics e-commerce platforms or seller-facing roles.
