WhatYoullBe Doing

As a Store Supervisoryoullsupport the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor.Youllhelp translate commercial priorities intodaytodayaction support the development of Stylists andensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Hereshowyoullmake it happen:

• Supporting and deputising for the management team whento deliver KPIs and commercial priorities

• Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance

• Monitoring KPIs and team performance supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team

• Leading by example on the shop floor delivering exceptional 1to1 customer service

• Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching training and sharing product knowledge

• Assistingwith store operations including stock management admin payroll and rotas

• Helping tomaintainstrong visual merchandising and brand standards

• Creating a positive inclusive andhighenergyteam environment

• Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment

• Strong customer service skills with ahandsonpeoplefocusedapproach

• Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets

• A good understanding of store operations anddaytodayretail processes

• Confidence coaching and developing others on the shop floor

• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and bank holidays
