Store Manager

Location: Omagh Northern Ireland
Salary: 29000 - 30000 per annum

We are partnering with a leading international retailer in the hair and beauty industry to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their Omagh location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader with a passion for customer service team development and sales growth.

You will take responsibility for the overall management and commercial performance of the store leading a team to achieve targets deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.

People Leadership

• Lead coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives.

• Oversee recruitment onboarding training and performance management.

• Identify talent and support career development and succession planning.

• Build a positive motivated and customer-focused team culture.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Drive sales achieve targets and deliver key KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow the customer base.

• Monitor competitor activity and local market trends.

• Deliver marketing campaigns and maximise promotional opportunities.

Customer Experience

• Champion outstanding customer service and high service standards.

• Develop team product knowledge and selling skills.

• Use customer feedback to improve the overall experience.

Store Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store.

• Maintain effective stock control inventory accuracy and loss prevention.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures.

• Manage staffing and store resources effectively.

You will have:

• Previous experience in retail management or leading a customer-facing team.

• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.

• Excellent leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

• A proactive commercially focused approach.

• A passion for customer service and creating a positive team environment.

Experience in the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Salary of 29000 - 30000 per annum.
