What Youll Be Doing

As a Store Manager youll have full accountability for the commercial performance people and operations of your store. Youll lead from the front represent the Levis brand every day and create a highperforming inclusive environment where both people and business thrive.

Heres how youll make it happen:

• Owning the stores profit and loss performance by identifying and delivering commercial and profitdriving opportunities
• Leading motivating and developing a highperforming store team to deliver exceptional customer service and results
• Analysing commercial data and KPIs turning insight into clear actions to drive performance
• Monitoring store performance through reporting and regular updates to the District Manager supported by robust action plans
• Taking full responsibility for store operations including stock management payroll rotas and administrative processes
• Recruiting onboarding and developing highcalibre team members who live the Levis brand and values
• Creating a strong leadership bench through coaching training and succession planning
• Ensuring consistently high standards of visual merchandising brand presentation and operational excellence
• Acting as a brand ambassador leading by example and embedding our culture and values in everything you do
