Managing stock control including ordering rotation and stocktakes
Overseeing opening and closing procedures cash handling and banking
Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising stock control and presentation
Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service
About You
Were looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.
To thrive in this role youll bring:
Strong POS inventory and cash handling knowledge
Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as needed
Proven experience in team coaching scheduling and performance development
