About The Opportunity
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a passionate team
- Creating efficient rosters supporting new team members and fostering growth
- Managing stock control including ordering rotation and stocktakes
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures cash handling and banking
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising stock control and presentation
- Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service
About You
Were looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.
To thrive in this role youll bring:
- Strong POS inventory and cash handling knowledge
- Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
- Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as needed
- Proven experience in team coaching scheduling and performance development
