• Overseeing opening and closing procedures cash handling and banking
• Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising stock control and presentation
• Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service

To thrive in this role youll bring:

• Strong POS inventory and cash handling knowledge
• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
• Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as needed
• Proven experience in team coaching scheduling and performance development
