Stocktake Audit Supervisor

Job Summary
Due to an ever growing business we are looking for a Stocktake Audit Supervisor to help take on the demand of store audits across multiple fascias. Were looking for candidates who see the possible in impossible; those who are open minded and humble and not afraid to take a risk.
- Support the Audit manager with daily workload and delegation to the team
- Supervise team work check completion and deliver to expectation set by the Audit manager
- Support Audit manager to coach/train the team
- Support with identifying development needs within the team
- Analysis results you are responsible for in a fast paced environment
- Analysis and report trends in fascia results you are held accountable for to your Line manager
- Own and deliver any assigned projects set by Line manager
- Investigate and monitor any company implications which may influence an audit result
- Engage feedback and work to resolve issues that contribute to the wider business
- Work closely with area and regional managers loss prevention buying warehouse and retail daily with relation to stock
- Demonstrate strong positive communication to all levels motivating the team and building good working relationships
You would be required to work full-time (40 hours per week) 9am 4.30pm or 9.30am 5pm.

Qualifications :
- Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver
- Able to work well under pressure and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
- Enthusiastic positive resourceful and resilient.
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage time effectively
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Is analytical pragmatic and systematic in approach to problem solving and investigations with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with data analytics
- Competent with Microsoft and able to pick up new systems quickly must have a good level of understanding in Excel
- Experience working across Retail is a must and knowledge of stock is desirable
