About the role
As a Stock Operations Specialist at Zara you will ensure smooth stockroom management accurate inventory and timely product availability on the shop floor. You will support the Stock Operations team maintain high standards and help the store deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a fast-paced high-volume role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure enjoys working with processes and numbers and is motivated to grow their career in retail operations.
What youll be doing
Manage day-to-day stockroom activities and ensure accurate inventory
Support stockroom organization and product flow to the shop floor
Assist with on-trend visual displays and store presentation
Use stock and sales data to inform operational decisions
Coach and support team members sharing stock knowledge and best practices
Who succeeds with us
Have experience in retail stock inventory or logistics operations
Can work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Are results-driven proactive and highly organized
Work well in a team and communicate effectively
Are motivated to learn develop and grow within retail operations
