As a Staff Nurse in our York hospital youll be attentive focused detail-oriented and registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC. With post-registration experience youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse you will:

• Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service

• As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery

• Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care

• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family

• Offer comfort and reassurance providing the highest standards of care

• Build your experience across new practices equipment and facilities

• Work with practitioners in other areas understanding that continuity in patient care is key
