Stadium Supervisor

We are seeking a highly professional experienced and well-presented Stadium Supervisor to join our growing team. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification and possess demonstrable experience working within stadia or large-scale event environments.

This role requires an individual who understands the importance of balancing safety security and exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for spectators clients and staff alike.

Ensure all client policies procedures and site instructions are adhered to at all times.

Maintain a visible professional and approachable presence throughout the stadium.

Support the delivery of a safe and secure environment for all visitors staff and stakeholders.

Supervise and manage access control points.

Conduct internal and external patrols of the venue.

Coordinate crowd management activities and ensure all critical event positions are effectively covered.

Lead support and deploy security personnel during events.

Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Liaise professionally with stadium management emergency services and other key stakeholders when required.

Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).

Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualification (essential).

Proven experience working within stadiums sporting venues or similar crowd management environments.

Strong leadership conflict management and decision-making abilities.

Smart professional appearance and demeanour.

Ability to remain calm confident and decisive under pressure.

Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays.

Strong understanding of health safety and security procedures within event environments.
