This role serves as a central point of contact in the People Team for the management and participation of Condé Nast full-time employees appearing as talent in branded content programs. Working collaboratively with The Talent Group (TTG) Commercial Legal People Business Partners (PBP) Finance and local market teams this position manages the end-to-end process evaluating client proposal opportunities and pricing internal talent participation securing approvals managing contracts ensuring compliance and tracking financials.
Overview/Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for the Talent Group (TTG) the Revenue team and Legal team(s) for internal talent participating in branded content programs
Work alongside TTG advising on all client proposals and commercial opportunities for internal talent.
Analyze branded content program details and accurately price internal talent slated for participation in branded programs based on market specific rate cards.
Provide guidance on talent usage and participation across branded content formats including sponsorships advertising paid and organic social video events and native content.

Liaise with People Business Partners and TTG to gain approval for Full Time Employee involvement in branded content programs
Work with local market stakeholders across UK US FR DE ES to maintain efficiency as well as policy and legal compliance
Manage and oversee the internal talent eligibility look book which details all employees who are eligible to participate as talent in branded content programs.
Complete social media check on Full Time Employees participating in branded programs as talent as requested.
Partner with TTG team members to track and ensure fulfillment of contracts prior to providing services as well as invoices and other financial tracking as needed.
Draft talent service agreements (riders) for Full Time Employees for all branded programs in collaboration with the Legal team.
Ensure completion and processing of riders releases and other business/legal documents relating to the production of content and booking of internal talent.
Ensure all program trackers are up to date in collaboration with TTG team members.
Liaise with key stakeholders in the Finance departments to manage/track/report all revenue and expenses
Develop administer and continuously improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency consistency and transparency across the employee talent program.
Some understanding of branded content as well as experience pricing talent for activations including sponsorships advertising paid organic social posts video events and native is preferred
Liaise with Finance stakeholders to track manage and report revenue and expenses associated with employee talent participation.
Requirements / Skills:
2-5 years of business and/or paralegal experience
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail particularly when reviewing program requirements pricing internal talent participation and managing contractual documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Experience working with local markets across the globe is preferred.
Strong communication skills team player eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organization
Proven ability to manage relationships problem-solve and drive processes forward for change.
