We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team. As a strategic partner throughout the sales process you will lead high-stakes engagements with C-Suite executives and global stakeholders architecting how Addepars vertically integrated platform transforms complex legacy operations into modern AI-driven ecosystems. You bring a mastery of financial software to help our prospects and large relationships contextualise Addepar as a mission-critical component of their long-term business strategy.

You will work with our Account Executives to drive the technical side of the sales cycle focusing on AI-driven workflows and data integration. Internally you will work with teams to ensure our prospects are abreast of the product development workflows and use cases at Addepar. Youll be a trusted authority internally and a strategic advisor externally someone both colleagues and prospects turn to for guidance.

• Strategic Advisory: Act as the lead domain authority for global multi-billion pound/dollar opportunities partner with account executives to design complex deal structures and multi-year expansion roadmaps
• Platform & AI Evolution: Guide existing clients through the modernisation of their workflows. Youll demonstrate how migrating to a platform or adopting Addepars AI-powered insights creates a vertically integrated ecosystem that outpaces their current setup
• Business Transformation Discovery: Conduct executive-level discovery to identify systemic business inefficiencies mapping them to a holistic technical vision that incorporates AI data lakehouses and third-party integrations
• Demo Construction: Design and build tailored demo environments run end-to-end proof-of-concepts including the ingestion of client data to showcase the platforms value
• Enterprise Account Growth: Lead technical executive reviews and expansion executions for our largest existing relationships identifying and delivering new platform value that directly drives ARR
• Technical Sales Support: Manage the technical portions of the sales cycle including responding to RFPs/RFIs/DDQs and coordinating with internal product and engineering teams
• Sales Engineering Leadership: Act as a force multiplier by mentoring establishing and refining sales playbooks and institutionalising standards for demos and technical validation

• Experience: multiple years in Sales Engineering Solutions Architecture Pre-Sales Consultant Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Manager with a proven history of closing your companys highest revenue generating deals and navigating global enterprise procurement
• AI Advocate & Strategist: Deep fluency in AI-driven software and modern data ecosystems. You are equally adept at pitching high-impact use cases to external stakeholders as you are at pushing technical boundaries internally. You know how to translate data strategy for a CTO efficiency for a COO applicability for an advisor and champion AI-first workflows to elevate the sales team
• Strategic External Partner: You possess the confidence to guide high-stakes technical engagements and the experience to lead executive reviews for c-suite stakeholders and can navigate differing opinions
• Architectural Mindset: While you can roll up your sleeves you excel at high-level systems design understanding how Addepar integrates into massive multi-vendor legacy architectures and can clearly articulate value along the way
• Market Thought Leader: Beyond understanding asset classes you are a student of the industry. You understand where global wealth management is heading and can position Addepar as the only platform capable of meeting future platform and market demands
• Revenue-Minded Engineer: You see the technical journey as a means to a business end. You are intellectually curious and equally skilled at connecting technical milestones to tangible business value and ARR growth throughout the entire lifecycle of a relationship
• Data Lakehouse: understanding workflows embedded and concept of integrating complex data sets.
• Education: Ideally youll have a Bachelors Degree other certifications such as the CFA CFP IMC or CISI qualifications and Masters Degree are a plus
• Travel: Flexibility to travel on short notice (10-20%)
