Sports Centre Supervisor

Wellsway School and SBL Academy Sports Centre are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sports Centre Supervisor to join our team. This is an opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operation of our sports facilities ensuring high standards of customer service health and safety compliance and a positive experience for both school and community users.

Youll play a key role in supporting a facility that serves pupils local clubs and community groups helping to maximise usage while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Futura Commercial Services provides professional venue and facilities management across the Futura Learning Partnership. Working with community groups sports clubs and businesses the team ensures high-quality facilities are accessible well-maintained and welcoming while generating valuable income that supports the partnerships schools and pupils.

About You

Wed love to hear from someone who:

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can confidently supervise staff and activities within a busy sports facility
• Builds positive relationships with customers colleagues and community users providing a high standard of service
• Is educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) has a good standard of Maths and English and has good IT skills using Microsoft outlook/office and membership/booking databases.
• Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

Role information:

• This is a part time permanent contract working 30 hours a week on a permanent variable contract
• Working Pattern: 8 hours every Saturday and Sunday a couple of evenings in the week
• Start date: ASAP
