As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of children and their families by providing individualized speech language feeding and swallowing therapy. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who share your passion for helping children build essential skills and reach their fullest potential.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy services targeting:
    • Speech sound disorders and articulation
    • Language delays and communication disorders
    • Feeding and swallowing challenges
    • Fluency and social communication skills
  • Deliver personalized therapy sessions focused on improving functional communication and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support positive outcomes.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide family-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to professional and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible to obtain prior to start date).
  • One year of experience preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families.
