Job Summary
Speech and Language Therapy Assistant Redbridge Help pupils develop functional communication and classroom participation by delivering structured programmes under the guidance of qualified therapists. What you will do Deliver planned individual and small-group communication activities. Prepare visual resources and model agreed language strategies. Record responses accurately and contribute to progress reviews. Work closely with therapists teachers and families within professional boundaries. What you will bring Relevant speech-and-language communication classroom or SEND experience. Clear communication accurate record-keeping and patient support. Confidence following therapy guidance and safeguarding procedures. QTS is not required for this therapy-assistant role. Contract: Full-time temporary Pay: 115155 per day PAYE Right-to-work references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
