What you will do Deliver delegated communication activities under the guidance of a qualified therapist. Prepare visual resources and model agreed communication strategies. Support individual and small-group sessions and record pupil responses. Share observations with therapy and teaching colleagues. What you will bring Experience supporting children with speech language or communication needs. Confidence using visual communication approaches and following therapy plans.
