Full-Time MondayFriday No Weekends
Location: Droitwich WR9
Up to 40000 Bonus Depending on Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and expanding team. Based a couple of miles outside Droitwich town centre our garage is located within the grounds of a large country estate offering a unique and pleasant working environment.
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for safely preparing customers vehicles for the road ahead completing repairs and maintenance to a high standard and ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times. You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting range of manufacturers including specialist and performance vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Servicing maintenance diagnostics and repairs
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Working collaboratively within a small close-knit team
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Ideally aged 30 with strong hands-on experience
Experience with JLR or performance vehicles desirable but not essential
Qualifications not essential practical experience is key
A reliable team player who fits well in a small team
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
Working Hours
Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm
41.5 hours per week
No weekends
Overtime available

Circa 40000 per annum (flexible for the right person)
400 per month team bonus when targets are achieved
