A welcoming co-educational academy in St Ives is seeking a Spanish Teacher to join its languages department. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging language lessons and a broad exploration of Spanish-speaking cultures.

• Teach Spanish: Deliver well-structured lessons across KS3 and GCSE with sixth-form teaching where appropriate.

• Develop communication: Build confidence in speaking listening reading and writing.

• Promote cultural awareness: Explore Spanish-speaking countries traditions literature and current affairs.

• Support examination preparation: Prepare students for written and oral assessments.

• Use engaging methods: Incorporate games authentic resources technology and conversation activities.

• Support language enrichment: Contribute to clubs cultural events and international activities.

• Spanish specialist: Has strong spoken and written Spanish.

• Qualified teacher: Holds QTS or an equivalent qualification.
