The Role

As Spa Therapist youll provide an exceptional range of treatments while ensuring every guest receives a truly personalised and memorable spa experience.

Youll carry out consultations recommend appropriate homecare products and maintain the highest professional standards throughout every stage of the guest journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering face and body treatments to exceptional luxury standards.
• Conducting thorough guest consultations prior to treatments.
• Providing professional aftercare advice and retail product recommendations.
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to immaculate standards.
• Ensuring all treatments are delivered in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
• Supporting stock control and maintaining treatment product standards.
• Working closely with the spa reception team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene presentation and professionalism at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

Were looking for someone who has:

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ideally ITEC CIDESCO CIBTAC or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience within a luxury spa or five-star environment.
• Deep tissue massage experience would be advantageous.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for health wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest care.
• The flexibility to work shifts in line with business requirements.
