The Role

Key duties

• Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas ensuring efficiency cleanliness and member satisfaction
• Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage facials and body treatments adhering to brand and treatment protocols
• Support recruitment onboarding and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety hygiene and licensing standards
• Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms relaxation areas and changing facilities
• Assist the Spa Manager with stock control supplier liaison and inventory management
• Help manage guest bookings treatment schedules and coordination with reception
• Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns
• Create efficient staff rotas manage labour costs and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold and enforce standards of appearance compliance safety and professionalism across the team.

What we are looking for...

• Minimum 23 years experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role
• Recognised spa massage or beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ ITEC CIBTAC CIDESCO)
• Experience working in a luxury spa hotel or private members club setting
• Strong leadership coaching and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
