We are looking for a full-time Spa Receptionist to join our team at our luxury spa in Belfast. Essential Criteria:

• Previous reception or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working in a spa salon or luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of booking systems and treatment scheduling.
