A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA HOSTAT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY LIVERPOOL

What youll be doing...

Our Municipal MGallery pillarsare founded on the Heartist guest connection and our exceptional service. Whenyou enter our hotel you will be wowed and we aspire for our guests to bebowled over too from the moment they explore our Luxury 5 Bubble Awarded Heartists are our team the heart of the hotel who strive to make meaningin every moment from check in to departure. Our Spa Hosts create a luxuriouspersonalised experience for guests offering a 5* journey of service thatensures exceptional care relaxation and a rejuvenating atmosphere forultimate comfort and well-being.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality& potential but here are a few of our requirements..

• Proactivity in maintaining the Spa to the highest standard at all times.
• A positive can-do attitude and the passion to stand out and be proud of our hotel and MGallery luxury brand.
• Exceptional team work skills.
• Experience or Knowledge with Pool/Water Testing is desired but not essential
• Passion filled Spa Enthusiast driven by quality care and wellness.
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail demonstrating adaptability to change.
• A customer focussed approach in maintaining luxury environments and guest journey from the moment of guest arrival through to departure
• Flexibility on shift times during weekdays & weekends varying from 6.15am start to 9pm finish based on allocated shift time inclusive of shifts inbetween.

Other duties include;

• Leading client show rounds to demonstrate all Spa offerings and the ultimate journey of relaxation and wellness.
• Providing expert advice by identifying individual guest needs and promoting all our spa offerings from treatments thermal experience food and beverage to retail products.
• Maintain hygiene cleanliness and H&S requirements. Taking pride in all areas of work within the Spa and pool areas both within guest view and behind the scenes
• Completion of host duties ensuring efficiency of column dispersion communication with guests and your departmental colleagues from around the hotel
• Stock control management cash handling banking and accurate reporting.
• Time management and proactivity taking ownership and pride of the whole Spa through teamwork.
• Pool emergency responder duties.
