The Restaurant

The Role
Working closely alongside the Head Chef you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen while helping deliver consistently exceptional standards throughout service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head Chef with the daily running of the kitchen
Leading service and confidently managing the brigade in the Head Chefs absence
Preparing and delivering exceptional modern British dishes using outstanding seasonal produce
Assisting with menu development specials and recipe creation
Supervising mentoring and developing junior chefs
Supporting stock control ordering and food cost management
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Helping drive consistency quality and a positive kitchen culture
