As Sous Chef you willsupport your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring thecorrect procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are preciselymet. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes tohelp adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
