An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join a high-end hospitality venue in the Oxfordshire countryside. This is a fast-paced quality-driven kitchen offering an exceptional dining experience with a strong focus on fresh ingredients creativity and high standards.

The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen helping to lead and motivate the brigade while maintaining consistency quality and excellent service standards.

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led kitchen

Be reliable hands-on and driven
