Role Summary:

The client is seeking an experienced chef with strong high-end kitchen exposure leadership capability and Michelin/Rosette-level standards. The role will be tailored around the successful candidates experience and long-term fit within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day kitchen leadership
• Maintain high culinary and presentation standards
• Assist with menu development and seasonal ideas
• Mentor junior chefs within the brigade
• Ensure consistency hygiene and operational standards
• Work closely with ownership/leadership team on future kitchen direction

Ideal Background:

• Michelin or multi-Rosette exposure preferred
• Strong all-round kitchen management ability
• Stable senior chef background
• Passion for quality produce and standards
• Comfortable in high-pressure service environments
