Sous Chef – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

Were working with one of Londons most renowned 5-star hotels home to a Michelin-starred restaurant as well as an elegant all-day dining restaurant and award-winning afternoon tea service. They are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their accomplished kitchen brigade supporting the leadership team in maintaining outstanding standards across every service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced luxury environment where no two days are the same. From refined fine dining to high-volume hotel service youll play a key role in ensuring every dish reflects the quality and attention to detail the hotel is known for.

• 44700 per annum plus circa 10000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef

• Supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of multiple kitchen operations
• Leading and inspiring chefs during service ensuring consistency and quality at all times
• Assisting with training mentoring and developing junior members of the brigade
• Helping to manage stock ordering and kitchen organisation efficiently
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety cleanliness and kitchen presentation are maintained

Were looking for a Sous Chef with experience in a quality hotel environment who thrives in a busy multi-outlet operation. Youll be a confident team player with excellent organisational skills a hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
