Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  
• Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and consistency.
  
• Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety allergens and Health & Safety.
  
• Manage stock waste ordering and kitchen controls.
  
• Work closely with Front of House to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  
• Support staff training and development.
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and professionalism.
