Job Summary

About Avvoka

Avvoka is a no-code document automation platform built for the legal industry. Our software is used by Magic Circle US AmLaw and global elite law firms as well as the in house legal teams at some of the worlds largest banks insurers and corporates to draft and negotiate their most important documents at speed and at scale.

We sit at the intersection of legal expertise and technology. Our customers are the people writing the contracts that move markets and our job is to give them tools that match the sophistication of the work. The Growth team is the front door to that mission.

We run consultative value-led sales motions with corporate partners general counsel and innovation leaders and we pride ourselves on knowing the legal subject matter at least as well as our customers do.

About the role

We are hiring a Corporate law solution consultant to sit alongside our Account Executives on the most strategic deals in our pipeline. You will be the corporate-law subject matter expert in the room - the person who can talk M&A documentation with a senior partner one minute and shape a high-impact platform demo the next.

Solution consultants are central to how Avvoka wins. You will scope automation projects lead practice-group-specific demos run our structured three-week pilots and translate between what corporate lawyers actually need and what the platform can deliver. You will work hand-in-glove with AEs through discovery demo pilot/PoC and commercial close and you will partner closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to ensure what we sell is what we ship.

This is the role for a qualified corporate lawyer who has decided the future of legal practice runs through technology and who wants to be at the front of that change rather than reading about it.

What youll do
  • Be the corporate-law expert on deal teams. Partner with AEs on Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities. Shape discovery attend qualification calls and own the technical and subject-matter narrative through demo pilot and close.
  • Lead practice-group-specific demos. Tailor the Avvoka demonstration to the prospects practice - M&A ECM DCM corporate finance JVs restructurings general corporate - using their real documents wherever possible. You will own the master demo script for corporate practice areas.
  • Scope automation projects. Recommend which corporate templates a firm should automate first in what order and to what depth. Build a credible business case grounded in the prospects drafting workflow not a generic pitch.
  • Run pilots and proofs of concept. Lead Avvokas structured three-week pilot programme: scope kick off drive the build manage stakeholders and present results back to the buying committee. Bring deals home.
  • Win the credibility battle. When senior corporate partners ask hard questions about precedent management negotiation workflows version control AI use in drafting or how Avvoka compares to Contract Express HotDocs or in-house tooling - you are the person who answers credibly in their language.
  • Respond to RFPs and procurement. Own the subject-matter content in RFPs and vendor questionnaires. Work with Legal Engineering and Security to deliver compelling accurate responses fast.
  • Be the voice of the corporate customer internally. Bring patterns back to Product Customer Success and Marketing. Whats being asked for Whats being objected to What proof points are working Turn that into product feedback and content.
  • Help build the playbook. Contribute to the Growth team Knowledge Bank the objection-handling library and the customer-story library. Make the next solution consultants job easier than yours was.
