A well-established legal firm in Northampton is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 years experience who is looking for a new challenge a supportive working environment and the opportunity to progress their career.

The Role

The successful candidate will have experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with experience across areas such as:

• Sales and purchases
• New build
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Land transactions
• Post-completion
• AML and associated conveyancing processes

There is also an opportunity to support and mentor more junior members of the team making this a great role for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and taking on additional responsibility.

About You

We are keen to speak with experienced Fee Earners Conveyancers and Solicitors who are considering their next career move.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years residential conveyancing experience
• Experience managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
• Excellent organisational and client management skills
• The ability and willingness to support and mentor junior team members
