Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Associate Property Law to join their established practice providing exposure to a broad mix of commercial property matters while actively supporting your professional development.
You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions with responsibilities including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting and negotiating leases and landlord & tenant agreements
- Assisting on property finance and secured lending transactions
- Supporting on development projects and site acquisitions
- Handling high-quality residential property matters where required
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development and networking helping to grow the department and your own professional profile.
To be considered you should meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 24 years PQE in Property Law within a UK law firm
- Demonstrable experience in commercial property transactions
- Solid understanding of Land Registry processes and property finance
- Strong drafting negotiation and organisational skills
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
- A proactive attitude and a clear ambition to progress within Property Law
