Solicitor Industrial Disease

• Manage a varied caseload of industrial disease matters with appropriate supervision to deliver timely high-quality legal support.
  
• Advise clients on liability evidence and quantum issues to help them understand their options and progress their claims with confidence.
  
• Draft correspondence witness statements and legal documents to support effective case preparation and progression.
  
• Liaise with clients medical experts counsel and third parties to keep matters moving and maintain excellent service throughout the claims process.
  
• Review medical records employment history and evidential documents to build strong well-prepared cases.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Personal Injury team to share knowledge support case strategy and achieve the best possible outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  
• Contribute to business development and profile-raising activity to support the continued growth of the Industrial Disease offering.
  

Who Were Looking For:

• Client-focused and compassionate you build trust quickly and approach sensitivematters with empathy and professionalism.
  
• Newly qualified solicitor you have completed a training seat in personal injury litigation or a closely related area or can demonstrate relevant transferable experience.
  
• Organised and detail-oriented you keep files accurate manage competing priorities and stay on top of deadlines.
  
• Strong communicator you explain legal issues clearly and confidently to clients colleagues and external contacts.
  
• Commercially aware you understand the importance of excellent client care case progression and contributing to team success.
  
• Proactive and collaborative you enjoy working as part of a team asking questions and taking ownership of your development.
  
• Interest in claimant personal injury work experience or enthusiasm for industrial disease asbestos-related claims or occupational illness work would be advantageous
