40000 to 45000
Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established Sussex law firm for a Newly Qualified Property Solicitor to join their Brighton office.
This is an opportunity for a motivated solicitor to develop within a respected practice handling a varied residential property caseload while working closely with an experienced Head of Department.
The business is looking for someone commercially aware organised and capable of managing files with a good level of independence.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a range of residential property matters including:
Sales and purchases
Freehold and leasehold transactions
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
New build matters
Client communication throughout the transaction process
Managing files from instruction through to completion
You will also support the wider department with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We Are Looking For
Newly Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Experience within residential conveyancing
Strong communication and client care skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good organisational and IT skills
Positive and professional approach
