Employment Solicitor / Associate (2-4 PQE)
Location: Bath Bristol Oxford or Swindon
Are you an Employment Lawyer looking to develop expertise in the Health & Social Care sector as part of a highly regarded national team
Due to significant growth in the team RWK Goodman is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Associate in a newly created role focused on high-quality advisory and contentious work in its Health & Social Care sector team.
The Opportunity
You will advise employers on a wide range of employment law matters including:
- Day-to-day HR and employment law advisory work
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Complex employee relations matters
- Restructuring and redundancy projects
- TUPE and workforce change matters
- Employment support on corporate transactions
The team
You will join a national team of more than 40 employment specialists across RWK Goodmans regional offices advising employers on complex workforce issues.
You will work closely with James Sage Employment Partner in the firms market-leading Health & Social Care sector team who has a national reputation for advising clients across the health and social care and education sectors.
The Health & Social Care team has a stellar national reputation for advising a wide range of employers including care home groups retirement living providers homecare agencies hospices special education providers childrens homes and supported accommodation services giving you the opportunity to build strong sector knowledge in a complex highly regulated and high growth market.
About You
Youll ideally have:
- 2-4 years PQE in employment law
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A pragmatic commercial approach to problem solving
- A genuine interest in developing sector expertise and building long-term client relationships
- Health and social care experience would be an advantage but not a requirement as we can support the right candidate to develop the required knowledge and skills.
