Software Engineer (.NET)
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team and support the development of innovative software solutions within a technically challenging environment.
You will work on the design implementation and continuous improvement of modern applications collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and business requirements. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies development practices and complex engineering projects.
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site
Seniority: Mid-Level to Senior
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain software applications using modern development technologies
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from concept and design through to deployment and support
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions
- Support software testing integration and validation activities
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce and maintain technical documentation where required
- Assist with troubleshooting defect resolution and system optimisation
- Contribute to Agile team activities and sprint delivery
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Commercial experience developing software applications using C# technologies
- Experience building and supporting enterprise-level or customer-facing applications
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design principles
- Experience working within structured development environments
- Familiarity with source control build management and modern development tooling
- Understanding of software testing approaches and quality assurance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering software solutions within a professional setting

- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Exposure to cloud-based development environments and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of modern software architectures and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft development tools and technologies
- Experience within engineering technology or highly regulated industries
- Exposure to additional programming languages and frameworks
