Were looking for skilled and compassionate Social Workers to join our Family Help Team as Lead Practitioners.
This is an exciting opportunity to work differently focusing on relationship-based practice earlier intervention and coordinated support for children and families.
About the Role:
You will:
Build trusting relationships with children young people and families
Undertake assessments and coordinate Family Help interventions
Develop and review family-led plans
Lead multi-agency meetings and contribute to effective partnership working
Identify strengths respond to needs and manage risk appropriately
Work creatively to improve outcomes and reduce escalation of need
About You
You will:
Be a qualified and registered Social Worker
Have experience working with children and families
Demonstrate excellent assessment and relationship-building skills
Value strengths-based and restorative practice
Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
Youll join a supportive team where your expertise ideas and commitment will have a direct impact on families lives.
