Working within the innovative Family Safeguarding Model youll collaborate with specialist professionals including domestic abuse practitioners recovery workers and mental health experts to provide holistic family-focused interventions that create meaningful and lasting change.

• Completing high-quality statutory assessments and child protection investigations
• Building strong relationships with children families and partner agencies

• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellent practice

Were looking for passionate and motivated practitioners who are committed to delivering outstanding social work and helping children thrive.

To be successful youll need:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree DipSW CQSW or equivalent)
Current registration with Social Work England
Experience working within childrens social care services
Strong assessment safeguarding and risk management skills
The ability to work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners
A commitment to high-quality practice and continuous professional development
