An exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media Manager to take ownership of the UK social presence for an emerging global automotive brand.
This is a highly creative hands-on role for someone who understands how to make a brand relevant recognisable and talked about across TikTok Instagram YouTube Facebook and emerging platforms.
Youll combine strategy with execution creating engaging social-first content developing creator partnerships and building communities while supporting brand awareness vehicle consideration and lead generation.
Youll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the UK social media strategy
- Managing day-to-day activity across TikTok Instagram YouTube and Facebook
- Creating engaging short-form video Reels Stories Shorts and campaign content
- Spotting cultural trends and turning them into relevant brand opportunities
- Developing social campaigns around new vehicle launches events and partnerships
- Managing influencers creators social agencies and production partners
- Capturing and producing reactive content when speed and authenticity matter
- Building and engaging online communities
- Working closely with Brand Digital PR Product Retail and Events
- Using performance data to continually optimise content and campaigns
- Connecting social activity with website traffic leads and wider commercial objectives
- Managing social and creator budgets ensuring strong value and ROI
Were looking for someone with:
- 5 years experience in social media content or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of TikTok Instagram YouTube and Facebook
- Excellent understanding of short-form video and social-first content
- Strong creative judgement and an instinct for what works on social
- Experience managing creators influencers and agencies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Confidence interpreting social performance and audience data
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and launches at pace
- A willingness to travel to shoots vehicle launches retailers and events
Automotive experience is strongly preferred although exceptional candidates from technology gaming entertainment fashion sport consumer electronics or other fast-moving consumer brands will also be considered.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Previous experience working with a CV brand demonstrating an understanding of the high standards and expectations associated with commercial vehicles is preferred. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong relationships with both customers and team members. - A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
