Job Summary

Lead the AAP Policy Governance and Commercial (PG&C) team.
2. Policy and strategy desk lead for the apprenticeship programme.
3. Apprenticeship lead for the management and letting of apprenticeship contracts including the contract tender process and bid evaluation.
4. Monitoring and implementation of Apprenticeship regulations and funding rules.
5. Planning reviewing and introduction of Apprenticeship Standards to ensure they meet the Army requirement.
6. Oversight of financial aspects related to the apprenticeship contracts including the forecasting of expenditure setting maximum contract values monitoring monthly payments and financial audits.
7. Represent the Army Apprenticeship programme nationally
8. Support staff work for ministerial comms Parliamentary questions and FoI requests as required
